How to apply
- Download the application from our website
- Fill out the application completely
- Submit your application to our office along with a copy of your ID(s), most recent check stubs, and the non-refundable application fee (fee is $30 per adult.)
* Application takes about 3 to 5 buiness days to process.
* Application fee can only be paid in cash or money order
